Fairfield’s Resort Cottage Rental Agreement

Cottage prices are based on a single family unit
Two bedroom cottages - 2 adults and 2 dependent children under 18 years
Three bedroom cottages - 2 adults and 4 dependent children under 18 years
Extra guests must be pre-approved and registered when booking at a cost of $10.00 per day/ per person, $20.00, per night/ per person, no matter what age or duration of stay; please no exceptions.
A deposit of half the rental fee including taxes is required upon reservation (credit card). Please allow seven mailing days for cheques, money orders or cash. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Sorry, no refunds.
A letter will be sent out confirming dates, times, price and all amenities included in your cottage within seven days.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 9am. Sharp.
Linen is not supplied (ie. Sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, kitchen and bath linens, and bath mats).
Pets are allowed - 2 pets maximum per cottage ($50.00 per pet per week). Pets must be on leash, poop and scooped, muzzled if large or ill-tempered, and attended to at all time.
Any damage or accidents that occur in the cottages must be reported to the office as soon as possible.
All cottages include dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, coffee makers, micro-waves, fridge/freezer, and stove/oven. Outside there is a picnic table, fire ring and large charcoal barbeque. Mop, broom and stick vacuum are included for your convenience.
