- Cottages & Park models prices are based on one family unit (i.e. 2 adults & 2 children under 18) OR 2 adults per bedroom.
- Extra persons $10.00 per day/ per person, $20.00 per night/ per person. Please no exceptions.
- 3 night minimum on long weekends; extra $10.00 per night per person.
- A deposit of half the rental fee including taxes is required upon reservation (credit card). Please allow seven mailing days for cheques, money orders or cash. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Sorry, no refunds.
- Linens are not supplied (i.e. sheets, pillowcases, pillows, blankets, kitchen and bath linens or bathmats).
- Checkout time is 9:00 a.m. SHARP. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
